Click on Exchange, Share in the menu at the top of the page to open the club's forum module. Click on the Add a topic button and then select the section in which your topic should be classified, among the existing sections of the forum: analyze, invest, rent, manage, make money, tax or sell. It is very important to choose the right topic.

Type the title of your subject, be both concise and precise about the subject of your request. Then write a text explaining the situation, your expectations and your questions. Do not hesitate to attach any document that could help us understand your situation. Never forget that the quality of your answers is linked to the precision of your title and your argument. Don't forget to fill in the Themes box, separating the themes with a comma. Avoid generic themes such as "parking" or "garage"; prefer targeted themes such as "cashflow", "company setup" for example.

Validate the Subscribe to this topic checkbox to be informed by e-mail when a reply is published. Then click on the Add a topic button to validate, a delay of a few hours is possible between the publication action and the display on the forum. Each topic and answer is in the hands of our moderator, thank you for your understanding !

To post anonymously on the forum and remain discreet, nothing could be easier : click on the Post anonymously button located in the submenu on the left of the forum. You leave your message in this section and we will publish anonymously.

Another solution is to indicate the word "ANONYMOUS" at the beginning of your message, during the moderation, our team will publish it anonymously.

To post a reply to a topic, scroll down to the bottom of the topic and write your text in the leave a reply section. Feel free to attach any document that could help the community. The quality of the answers is linked to the accuracy of your argument. Don't forget to check Subscribe to this topic to receive an email when a reply is published. Validate by clicking on the button Add a reply, a delay of a few hours is possible between the publication action and the posting on the forum. The time that our moderator validates your contribution.

You can edit a topic or reply within 5 minutes of posting it. Click the edit button below the post you want to edit. Once the 5 minute post time limit has passed, you can no longer edit your post. The objective of this operation is to avoid that contents are added without the other members being able to see it. You can contact us via the site to explain the nature of the modification or simply republish an addition in the subject concerned, if you are the last message, we will group this addition with your last publication.

You can see the new topics and answers published on the forum from the home page of the member area. Did you know that there is a much simpler solution to receive an e-mail with each new topic and thus have the first exchanges. To subscribe to this information service, you must go to the forum and select the topics or subjects that interest you. You can choose among the existing topics of the forum: analyze, invest, rent, manage, make profitable, tax or sell.

- To follow all the topics of a section : click on the button Subscribe to new topics located just below the description of the section. You will receive an email with a confirmation link, click on the link and you're done. You will receive an email for each new topic published in the topic!
- Follow all replies to a topic : click on the Subscribe to new replies button located just below the topic title. You will receive an email with a confirmation link, click on the link and you're done. You will receive an email for each new reply posted in the topic!

Click on the blue magnifying glass to the right of the dark grey menu of the forum topics, then type in the keyword(s) you are looking for. Try to be precise in your search, for example: the term parking or garage will display more than a hundred pages. Opt instead for "taxe d'habitation pour un parking" to quickly find the answers to your questions.

It is very important to close open topics when you have the answer to your question. The first reason is to make it easier for other people with a similar problem to benefit from the solutions provided when they see that the topic is closed. The second reason is to facilitate the work of the forum team. To mark a topic as resolved, scroll back to the first post in your thread and click the Resolved text button.
