Online accounting

1️⃣ Add your transactions. Create your accounting online or import your Excel spreadsheet into the module.
2️⃣ Easy and intuitive. Add, modify and duplicate accounting transactions for your rental investments in just a few clicks.

3️⃣ Manage your accounts. All you need is an internet connection to access your rental accounts from anywhere, at any time.

ℹ Online accounting management allows you to cross-reference data with your rental management. What’s more, your data is backed up securely on our platform. You can export your accounts to an Excel file at any time. You can also import an Excel file onto the platform.

ℹ Select Import action in the My Accounting section of your dashboard. Click on the Browse button to add your accounting file. Don’t forget to confirm by clicking on Validate button.

⌚ Integrating your Excel table may take several hours if our webmaster has to make adaptations to our system.

ℹ Select Add a transaction action in My accounting management section of your dashboard. Enter :
– transaction date (required),
– value date,
– transaction description (required),
– reference or name,
– invoice number,
– debit or credit amount (required),
– type of transaction (required) : bank transfer, direct debit, bank card, cheque, Paypal account or cash.

Don’t forget to confirm by clicking on Validate button.

ℹ Select Modify action in the What do you want to do section at the bottom of your accounting management page. Enter the name of an asset or leave blank for global accounting, enter the name of the transaction or the line number. Modify the transaction date, name, debit or credit type, payment type, description or amount. Don’t forget to confirm by clicking on Change transaction button.
