    How do I create an account ?

    β„Ή Go to the club membership page by clicking here. Select Member or Premium Member status ✨ depending on your expectations. Choose the payment method for your annual membership fee. Enter your main email address and mobile phone number in the Create your account form. Choose your username and a strong password with at least eight characters, no username, no whole word, combine lower case letters, upper case letters, numbers and at least one special character (,?;.:/!Β§%Β΅). Then click on the Join the club button.

    How do I log in to the member area ?

    β„Ή Click on the Login button in the main menu at the top of the page. Enter your username or e-mail address, then your password and click on the Login button. Once logged in, you will be automatically redirected to your dashboard page and the content marked with a padlock will be automatically unlocked according to your member status.

    Connection error, my account is not activated

    β„Ή Before connecting to the exchange platform for the first time, you must validate your e-mail address and create your password by clicking on a link. It is possible that your mailbox will put our activation e-mail in your junk mail or spam folder. In order to prevent our e-mails from being considered as undesirable, you must add our e-mail address to your address book by following this procedure. Once your e-mail address has been validated and your password created, your account will be active within an hour of you signing up.

    If the problem appears and this is not your first connection to the member area, please contact us by selecting the other section.

    I can’t connect to the member area

    β„Ή The only solution is to reset your password using your e-mail address. Click on Login button at the top of the page. Click on Forgotten password link located above the login button. Type in your username or e-mail address and click on Recover button. A few minutes later, you will receive a secure link by e-mail to change your password. For security reasons, this reactivation link has a limited lifetime. After a few hours, you will have to start the process all over again. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long, with at least 1 number, 1 letter and at least 1 special character (,?;.:/!Β§%Β΅).

    We remind you that your account and password are strictly personal and confidential, as is the information contained on the forum or in the private parts of the site, as well as the personal information of other members or information relating to their investments. Voluntarily communicating this information to third parties with the aim of profiting from it or harming the activity or smooth running of the club constitutes grounds for permanent exclusion.     Change my personal details

    β„Ή Log in to the member area to unblock the site menu. Click on the tab displaying your username located in the main menu at the top of the page, then on Manage my profile tab to access your personal data. You can now access and modify your personal account information. All the personal information in your account remains private and other members will not be able to contact you. CIPG does not sell any information to third parties; data is kept for as long as is necessary for the proper operation of the service.     How do I change my password ?

    β„Ή Log in to the member area to unblock the site menu. Click on the tab displaying your username located in the main menu at the top of the page, then on Manage my account tab. You can now access and change your password and save by clicking on Change button at the bottom of the form. For security reasons, your password must be strong. It must contain at least eight characters, no username, no whole word, a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and at least one special character (,?;.:/!Β§%Β΅).

    My account seems to have been hacked. What should I do ?

    β„Ή If you receive an e-mail confirming a change of password on your account and you are not the source of the change, please contact us quickly so that we can take action on your account. You may have replied to a fraudulent e-mail asking you to enter your account details. As a general rule, always check the address of the site where you are asked for this type of information. If you use the same password for your e-mail account and your account, we recommend that you also change your e-mail password. In all cases, we recommend that you change your password regularly. The recommended frequency for changing your password is once every 3 months.

    How do I delete my account ?

    β„Ή In accordance with the regulations governing personal data, you have the right to access and restrict the information concerning you (name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.). In accordance with our general conditions of use, we remind you that we retain the right to use your contributions. Click on the tab displaying your username located in the main menu at the top of the page. Click on Close my account button located in the submenu of the page. Confirm your wish by clicking on Delete my account button.
